6. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the agreed work. This duty does not cover information already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Fees and timing

Fees are due according to the applicable proposal or invoice. You must provide reasonable access, decisions, and source information so that agreed dates can be met. Delays caused by missing inputs may move the delivery date and create additional agreed work.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in preparing our work, but analysis does not replace your own professional, financial, legal, or operational judgement. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect loss. Any agreed liability limit will appear in the relevant service agreement.

9. Ending an engagement

Either party may end a service engagement in line with the notice terms in the applicable agreement. Work completed and approved expenses remain payable. Clauses concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, and liability continue where their nature requires it.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a particular customer or transaction.
